The world feels overwhelming to you these days

Maybe you’re having trouble coping or not feeling like your old self.

Perhaps you’ve been experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, or confusion.

This reality feels overwhelming and inescapable. You just simply can’t run from your mind.

Your heart and soul are weighed down by exhaustion, anxiety, and weariness. It seems like happiness and relief are impossible.

There’s a desire in you to live differently, but you just don’t know how to get there…

A glimmer of hope

You may find yourself battling with insecurities and a sense of low self-esteem. The weight of past grief and trauma can burden you, making it difficult to navigate our relationships.

At times, it may seem as though joy is out of reach, leaving you feeling confined.

It can all feel so limiting and finding happiness might feel impossible, but I’m here to tell you it’s not. I offer you a glimmer of hope.

Your journey is uniquely yours.

I recognize that each individual is unique, with their own life experiences and personal narrative.

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach and you are not an equation to solve.

When working together, we delve into the underlying reasons behind your challenges and collaborate on approaches that feel secure and beneficial specifically for you.

I truly believe we have everything we need to heal within us, sometimes we just need a supportive witness, a guide, and a new perspective.

Our therapeutic relationship creates just that, a safe space where you can explore what truly fosters lasting awareness and transformation.

Why I became a therapist

My journey began after a lifetime of being a natural helper. Throughout my life, I was consistently the person whom friends and strangers turned to for guidance, advice, and support. Driven by an inherent curiosity, I always found myself pondering the underlying motivations behind our actions and behaviors. After years of listening, I wanted to be better equipped to help individuals and create change. As my children grew up, I saw an opportunity to prioritize my own healing and satisfy my own lifelong interest in learning. And here we are!

My education and career path

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Holistic Studies from John F. Kennedy University. Currently, I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California, #130103. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various community settings, including offering therapy services within a public school district, a community agency, and in private practice. Within my professional practice, I am particularly interested in integrating somatic modalities to support the regulation of our nervous systems and facilitate the healing of trauma. I have served on a Critical Incident Response Team and have experience treating the effects of PTSD from both acute and relational/developmental trauma.

It’s time to reclaim your happiness.

It’s time to embrace a life of wellness again.

You deserve it- the freedom and the joy…
